Built for Zimbabwe from day one
What ZIMRA FDMS requires
Statutory Instrument 153 of 2023 mandates that every VAT-registered operator in Zimbabwe transmit fiscal data to the ZIMRA FDMS in real time using a fiscal device (hardware or virtual). The fiscal invoice number, fiscal signature, and ZIMRA-verifiable QR must appear on the buyer-facing invoice.
How Invoicemonk meets ZIMRA FDMS
Invoicemonk runs as a virtual fiscal device under the ZIMRA FDMS specification, signs every invoice with the registered fiscal credential, transmits to FDMS in real time, captures the fiscal invoice number, and binds the ZIMRA verification QR to the invoice PDF. Both USD and ZWG invoices are supported with the correct ZIMRA dual-currency handling.
Who this applies to
All VAT-registered operators in Zimbabwe.
