    Fatoorah enforces the ZATCA Electronic Invoice XML Implementation Standard (UBL 2.1 + KSA extensions). Clearance returns the cleared invoice with the ZATCA QR before the seller may deliver it to the buyer; reporting must occur within 24 hours of issuance.
